Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Applications DBA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.x environments with a focus on performance, availability, and security in both on-premise and cloud deployments.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administer, patch, clone, and upgrade Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.1.x/R12.2.x) environments.
  • Perform day-to-day database and application administration tasks (backup, recovery, tuning, monitoring).
  • Handle concurrent manager issues, workflow administration, and EBS application tier services.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Oracle Application and Database issues across DEV, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Implement and monitor database and application performance tuning.
  • Ensure database and application-level security policies are enforced.
  • Coordinate with development, functional, and infrastructure teams for deployments and issue resolution.
  • Perform EBS cloning, patching (using adopt/ad patch), and configuration in multi-node and RAC environments.
  • Maintain documentation for all operational procedures and system configurations.
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Applications DBA.
  • Proficient in managing Oracle EBS R12.1 and/or R12.2 environments.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle Database architecture and administration (11g, 12c, 19c).
  • Experience with AD utilities (adadmin, adop, adcfgclone, etc.).
  • Exposure to RAC, ASM, Data Guard, WebLogic Server, and Linux/Unix environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Platforms: Linux, Solaris, HP-UX.
  • Having exp on Exadata, Exacs is added advantage.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to support SAP system landscapes on a consulting/contract basis. The role involves system administration, performance tuning, upgrades, and ensuring high availability across SAP environments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support SAP systems (ECC / SAP S/4HANA / BW / Solution Manager)
  • Perform SAP installations, upgrades, kernel patches, and support pack implementations
  • Manage SAP landscapes (DEV, QA, PRD)
  • Monitor system performance and resolve performance issues
  • Handle SAP transports, client administration, and system refresh activities
  • Support SAP security coordination (roles and authorizations with security team)
  • Perform SAP system refresh / cloning activities in Oracle DB environment, including homogeneous/heterogeneous system copies, backups, restores, and disaster recovery operations
  • Troubleshoot SAP Basis issues and provide root cause analysis
  • Coordinate with functional, development, OS, and DB teams

Technical Skills Required:

  • Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA
