Clonetab offers customer support through our global support centers. Depending on their support levels, customers can open service requests (1) online via email or portal (2) over phone or (3) via dedicated support personnel. Each support level has given SLAs to ensure strict response times. Our global support centers work 24/7 ensuring customer success with Clonetab products and solutions at the minimal TCO and best ROI.

Our approach to making the customer successful starts at the pre-sales stage. For most customer’s we start the relationship with a product demo, followed by a proof-of-concept (PoC). During the PoC we install, register a source and a target instance and demonstrate end-to-end cloning/replication or other solution and then leave the environments for two weeks for customers to validate the value of our products.

Silver Support: Customers purchasing silver level support can log the support tickets via (1) designated email or (2) by logging on to Clonetab support portal, with assured response times depending on their SLAs.

Gold Support: Customers purchasing gold level support can log the support tickets via (1) phone or (2) designated email or (3) by logging on to Clonetab support portal, with assured response times depending on their SLAs.

Platinum Support: Customers purchasing platinum level support can log the support tickets by calling dedicated support personnel via (1) phone or (2) designated email or (3) by logging on to Clonetab support portal, with assured response times depending on their SLAs.
